Restaurant's challenge
1. Employee cost is higher as 20%-40%
2. Hiring, training, and managing employees are very time-consuming.
3. I couldn't manage my customer database, and I don't even know who is my regular customer.
Consumer's problem
1. Waiting for the waiter to place an order, communication issue with the foreigner worker.
2. Sometimes just too many choices, we need more information like which one is the best?
3. Even if I am a regular customer, but they never offer a special discount for me.
Market Solution
Download App > Sign up > Scan QR > Place Order > Confirm Order > Payment
This is a good solution for restaurateur but not the consumer because of
1. They might not want to download App
2. They might not want to provide personal information
3. They are not used to make payment immediately

There is always an option. We do not force the consumer to
1. Download app unless they want to keep track the purchase history
2. Provide personal information, unless they like to get a discount
3. Make the payment right after order confirmation
